Team ministry – we want missionaries and nationals as there is opportunity to work as a team when it comes to strategy and ministry. The whole gospel – we want people to understand that a relationship with Christ affects their entire person so that now they have the ability to begin to walk in the way that they were created. In other words, because of the work of Christ, people now have the freedom to walk in relationship with God, the freedom to build meaningful and lasting relationships with other people, and the freedom to live life in a purposeful, meaningful way. Christian Education – We believe that a Christian education is probably the sharpest tool that we have to equip the next generation. Kids who are immersed in Christian education for 180 days a year for 13 years should be different people. This tool provides the unique opportunity to disciple students in all areas how to love God and one another with all that they have.
